[TenTec] Another RTTY story

The output, if I remember correctly, is 1V peak-peak, and it drives my
HAL DXP38 very well.  No change from the original Orion firmware.  Used
it this afternoon to finally bag 3Y0X on 17m RTTY -- YAY!!
