The frequency difference may be caused by firmware, even with all clocks locked to TCXO.

The only reliable way is to look at the actual codec clock source.
In Orion I it was a 14.360 MHz crystal connected to the main codec
(page 6 of Orion I logic board schematic).

Has anybody dared to look at Orion II logic board, or at least the schematic?
