[TenTec] New version 1.27 firmware for Jupiter

I had trouble installing my 1.270, yet HamRadio deluxe worked fine.  I took
a shot in the dark and did a master reset and then tried again.  When I did
that it loaded in seconds using XP Pro SP2.

I had trouble installing the update. The update program would not talk 
to my radio. I was using winxp pro with
SR2 installed. I tried it on two different pc's both using same 
microsoft software.

Then, I installed it on my old laptop, which has windows Mellenium 
installed on it. It worked fine.
