i can see why some folks would want the ext tr delay to affect the qsk
loops, but in looking at the manual, the description of this function
doesn't say it does or should.  it may be that it was broken before
and now is fixed.  after all, qsk is qsk, and you all are really
asking for semi-qsk ...
