Notch work flawlessly either alone ot together.

How does the NR and AN work when used simultaneously on the OII?  With every
Orion I've owned, if I had the AN on to reduce a carrier and then turned on
the NR, the carrier would no longer be completely notched like it previously
was... has this been addressed in the OII?
