[TenTec] Orion II Firmware Update Time & Com Port Settings

If you're using Windoze XP, you don't need to set up the port -- the Install
program does it automatically.  The Orion runs by default at 57K, not 115K.

The update shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes.  If it's been sitting there
for as long as you indicate, something is amiss.
