[TenTec] Paragon Problem - Solved

Well, I have solved the problem with my Paragon.  Thankfully it is not
the Paragon!  My original suspicion proved true, the power supply I
received with the rig is junk.  I removed the battery from my car this
evening and brought it in the shack.  As soon as I connected the
battery, the radio came to life with none of the noise I was
experiencing just a multitude of strong S6 to S9 80m CW and SSB
signals running from Maine down to Florida came pouring into my NW
Atlanta shack with only the audio a fine TenTec rig can provide.

Now, to try and fix this older model POS Tripplite PR-25A supply or
find the funds for a real power supply.
