is the main rx button pushed in between the big knobs,  and on the  left side 
, ant 1 should have main rx/tx and sub rx and Vfo A lit and vfoa rx  lit and 
vfoa sub rx lit. rx gain 100 main af up a bit.. hope that  helps..
