[TenTec] TT Century Keyer Model 670

I Have a copy of the 670 instructions. The plug with the red marker goes 
to +12 V dc and the unmarked plug is the keying line. If you look on the 
  board, the 12 volts goes to two 180 ohm resistors in parallel.
