Even with current firmware, there is some interaction between tuning rate
and everything else.  If you send dits with the internal keyer while
spinning the VFO fast, the CW slows down. (I think this is called Special
Relativity. :-)  I hope nobody does this except into a dummy load...

Of course, this is not a real-world problem, but it would be interesting to
repeat the experiment with the O2 or with v2 software on the O.
