I want to thank all the contributors to this reflector.
You have helped me more than you can know.
After reading about all the problems with the Orion I have decided  
now is not the time for me to buy one.
I have decided that a Omni VI+ is the radio for me doing weak signal  
work.
I dont do contests and about the only pile-ups I ever get into are on  
the county hunters net trying to contact a mobile.
I like Ten Tec radios, always have, and have two of them at this time.
All the Ten Tec radios I ever used worked well and did what they are  
suposed to do.
I think the complexity of the new CDR radios are far from being  
perfected into a justifiable purchase for someone like me.
Thanks again to everyone for helping me decide on my next Ten Tec radio.
