Hello, Do NOT plug any plug into the headphone jack that is other than a stereo plug, tip-ring-sleeve..... this will short out the output of your Orion audio and you won't like it after that.... So, get a headset that is stereo, one that has the proper plug and use it... you will be happy....  Jim Reed, W3RYJ... hope this helps...

  I´ve buyed the Orion I with the firmware 2.056 03/10/06.
  First I used an Omni 6+ and at the moment I must say, I like the receiving more as the Orion .

  Can somebody tell me, what´s the best adjust of AGC for normal use in CW and SSB.

  I have only an mono headspeaker, but  the description says, I need an stereo headspeaker.  Can I buy an normal headspeaker for music.
