[TenTec] Which one ?

I would choose the PRO III - - - if looking for a boat anchor, but as a
radio, being that I work CW and contests, and I live in Europe where I need
a good front-end in my receiver, I would certainly choose the Orion.

I guess if you want something to show off to your non-ham friends, the
Pro-III with its color display is more impressive, but the Orion's receiver
is simply superior.

To the esteemed group.... For about the same money you can choose a used Ten
Tec Orion (original one) or an Icom 756 ProIII.  Any thoughts as to which to
choose ?
