[TenTec] 2.031 QSK bug - this is not a bug

This happened to me also. Radio was in the receive mode but the centurion
amp was indicating that it was transmitting as the transmit light was on and
I was seeing plate current. I have reloaded the 2.31 software and the
problem has left for now. Gene WB9HLA
