[TenTec] Xmit VFO A/B switching glitch or by design - Orion II

Don't agree..I tried and have used, sw from VFOa to VFOb and it
works every time.  If I'm on A, and push VFOB, it switches and turns off
VFO A, and so forth.  We're talking of the ORION II.
