[TenTec] Orion I V2.055 Spurious Response

Wild guess -- in the MAIN receiver it has something to do with ADC/DSP --
since it is present in 2.055 and 2.031, but apparently not in 1.3xx.  

In the SUB receiver -- anybody's guess.  I haven't seen any test results
from 1.xxx to compare 2.031 against.
