Today AM is a mode of nostalgia, plain and simple. Breaking into a real AM 
QSO with a Flex radio or some screen modulated rig is like entering a 'Sissy 
boy' in a bull riding championship. If you want that feel good nostalgic 
feeling, then you better have some big iron where it counts ! 73, John
