[TenTec] Orion FSK tone reversed?

Don't think it's a problem,

Mark is when pin 7 goes to ground,

If you connect TX data to this,  then it should be set to mark 'LOW'

if you run it through an inverted isolation buffer,  like  a 4N21, then the 
TX Data Low is high on the other side.  TX High engages the LED in the 4N21 
making the open collector go LOW...
