i found that 40 watts were all one needs to work most any station on PSK31. 
following the Orion manual works great most of the time. VOX trip level 
about 10%, Anti-Vox about 40%. hang about .4 sec. Aux Input Gain about 60. 
TX audio source AUX.
that is where my Orion is set for PSK31
