Have you tried Ten Tec? I know in the past they have kept parts for all the radios they have built.

Looking for the following parts to restore an old triton 540
need
Finals pair of pt9784's
drivers PT 3547 or 2n 3553  (pair)
2n6258 power supply regulator also believe a nte 181 may work here.

any help appreciated
