IMHO, please wire the Mic to match the O manual. Otherwise you MAY have rf 
feedback etc.

If I remember correctly Bob Heil has some info on his web site.
Anyways it is very important to have the wiring correct. The Chassis of Orion 
must go to the Chassis(Case) of the Mic and the Mic negative lead to be 
seperate from the chassis ground. Wire it like the O manual says.
