Charles, Let me sell you this gud asrton ss-30m ps I got. You lucked out and got gud ones. The regular Astron 35m I got several years humed better than a church choir. I checked and tightened everything on it and it still hums. So to cut some of it back, I place on board with 2 small sections of thick carpet on board. Helped some. The switcher ss-30m was only 6 months old when it started to act funny. Gud Luck with yours. CUL Roger W4IV
