[TenTec] Sidetone Level with 2.037j

I guess different folks want different strokes, but I found the sidetone too 
loud with previous firmware and kept it set at 10 or 20.  With 2.037j I find 
40 to be about right for me.  I generally listen through Sony 7506 headphones 
plugged into the front panel.

As for the AGC, it sounds fine to me on SSB and CW, but I'm mainly a CW op 
and will leave the critical audio comments to the "golden ears" out there.
