[TenTec] Raspy audio in 2.059d

[Sherman Banks]

I have raspy receive on also.   I think it has to do with the AGC 
changes.  If someone gets a solution please post.  NR at 1 makes raspy 
audio go away.

QSK is MUCH better than with previous versions - thank you!
