[TenTec] 2.059d: BinRx still broken

If you are using Heil headphones that have the phase switch, try running the 
phones out of phase.  If you don't have those, try reversing the phase of 
one of the phones by making a jumper with a switch so you can try it both 
ways and unplug it if you don't like the sound.
