[TenTec] 238 Tuner mods?

I use something called "Ice" available from bicycle shops. Works very well 
for the capacitor and roller inductor bearings also.
Dig out a lower voltage walwart out of the junk box to use for the 
lights...maybee 4 vdc or so.
