[TenTec] OrionII & Heil Proset 5 audio problems

Hello, I am getting AM broadcast audio into the MON audio with my new heil proset 5. I checked the mic adapter wiring per the 02 manual and the adapter is wired correctly with the separate grounds. The TX audio is clean with no AM signals getting into it. I only hear it in the headphones when using the MON to set my audio levels. Any clues as to a fix? 73.
