[TenTec] Orion 2.060b Receive Audio levels down quite a bit

Barry,
	You may be right - I'm not sure I loaded the last version due to
some of the problems noted.  I found that the input level was significantly
different for PSK levels (I was set on "4" and had to move it to "90"!)  I
don't know why these values vary so widely from version to version.
