[TenTec] Paragon problem

I have a Paragon with the Giehl chip installed. I turned it on today to find it would not function properly. I do not use it a lot, but keep it in line along with my other radios for occaisional use. I keep a 13.8 volt supply on all of them on at all times (unless a storm is brewing), but disconnect the antenna when not in use. All the oter radios work flawlessly. Here is what I have found: The number keypad will not do anything. The filters (all are installed) is stuck on 2.4. The mode is stuck on LSB. RX offset does not work, but TX offset does. All the "blue" keys work. All the knobs function. The VFO works, and the RX seems to be fine and the TX works, too. I tried the reset button on the right side to no avail and made sure I had not done a global lock. Of all the black buttons around the VFO knob, only the "fast" button works. Any ideas??
