[TenTec] Keyers

I have 2 outboard keyers which are: 
1. K40 CW Keyboard keyer
2. CW Touch Keyer Model P1W

I would like to be able to use either one with my Triton IV or Delta radios but am not sure  ecause I know the TenTec rigs require low voltage. I need to search further to see if I can find the manuals for these keyers but thought I might get some info on the reflector.
