[TenTec] Nother' discovery about the Corsair & Titan

As I recall, the Delta 580 that I had behaved about the same way.   If I 
didn't turn the ALC back on some bands it would trip the power supply on 
voice peaks.  I struggled with this for some time before I figured what was 
happening.  {i.e. Finally read the manual.}
