[TenTec] Gheil chipped Paragon and Logger 32

I don't know about the Ghiel chip, but my N4PY Paragon chip will make the
Paragon talk Icom over the serial port.  So all you would have to do is
configure logger32 for an Icom radio and it would work fine.
