[TenTec] Dial Skirt - part needed.

I need a replacement dial skirt ( the outer ring with 0 through 99 
markings) for a Ten Tec Argonaut 515. I think it may also be the same 
part as used in Argosy and Century 22. (Ten Tec Parts dept. only has the 
center hub portion)
