[TenTec] O II Background flicker?

I have to look REALLY hard to see it, and don't consider it even a minor  
irritant.
 
When my alpha male self is strong, I'm a white on black guy.  When I'm  in a 
beta mood, I like color 3, which matches my operating table color.
