[TenTec] Omni VI tracking - C16

I just checked the manual.  You need to adjust trimmer C16, which is on the 
corner of the TX Audio Board.  That alters the CW TX freq in relation to the 
RX freq.  (Ours was so far off I had to pad it with another C to get it 
right!).
