[TenTec] Corsair II and Shure 526T SeriesII quuestion

Only a suggestion, and is probably worth what you are paying for it,
but in my experience, best thing to do with that model mic is take
the amplifier out of the base, and throw it in the nearest trash can.
Then re-wire the mic without it. No Amateur radio I know of needs (or
performs better) with an amplified mic. Certainly not your Corsair
II. Best to you and yours, and let us know what you come up with for
a solution.
