Kevin,

The way I see it, the whole wafer "torqued over" when
the switch was bound 
up.  It also looks like the "timing" of the switch can
be adjusted, if 
neccessary, by adjusting the shaft position after
everything is re-soldered 
and in correct position.  You need to make the solder
joint repairs, then 
verify the switch contacts are in the correct
positions when it's cycleed 
before you can power it up.
