[TenTec] Argonaut V Meter Needle Sticking

This is a long shot, Reed, but maybe it's sticking because of static
electricity. Try wiping the meter with a damp cloth.  If static is the
problem, this would prevent the "sticking". A longer term solution
then would be to apply an anti static coating.
