[TenTec] OMNI VII Comparison Test

I find the wanting of S Meter test to be a bit odd. S meters are not now nor 
have never been anything but a relative indication of a signal and never 
should have been install on any radio. With that said, the only use I find 
for them is as a tuning indicator, like one of the old cat eye tubes. Oh 
boy, talk about dating yourself.
