[TenTec] Scope

No details yet, but someone talked to the factory recently and they 
indicated that the project was proceeding.  The hardware has been designed, 
and they are working on the software.  Now that the Omni VII is finished, 
we're all hoping they TT turns their attention to further improvements for 
the Orions.
