Seems more and more common on Ebay.  Typically there's some statement like, "Well gee, I really
would like to see these parts fix up a several good rigs and get them on the air"....  which
might be true, if the sum total of the parts weren't 5x the rig cost, as has been noted.

It's always irritating to hear greed couched in the guise of benevolence...
