Welcome to the world of TenTec. Yep, one manual does it all. As for rebuilding the PTO and restringing the dial, give a call to TenTec service. Get a PTO rebuild kit for your rig. It will come with excellent instructions. Also order a dial restringing kit. That's not part of the PTO kit. If you don't have a manual, you may as well order one while you're at it. You'll be out 50 to 75 bucks US, but it's well worth it. You have an excellent CW rig there and it will go forever. TenTec technicians are always willing to help if you need it later
