[TenTec] Orion I and keying loop w. 2.061f

I presume the loop is enabled? Are you sure your amp is pulling the
handshake line (TX EN) "low"?  When your amp is powered off, is this line
held "low" by default?  Does the radio key if you put a shorting plug in TX
EN?

Just trying to suggest some proof tests.
