Icom at Dayton has unveiled the IC-7700 with no price yet, but likely in the $6,000 range. In other words, the same performance as the OMNI VII at twice the price. I'd say the K3 will be more of a competitor than the new Icom, judging by initial comments of both. 73, John, W3ULS
