[TenTec] The old AM gremlin is back in 2.062a

I found that the old gremlin of listening to AM on the sub-receiver is back.
I totally loose my head phone audio as soon as I transmit.  I also found
that it will disable the AN and NOTCH!  Anyone else find the problem?  I
guess it is back to USB on the sub-receiver to listen to AM.  Also, I can
not find the Ditsnbits link on the Ten-Tec page.  Are they now monitoring
this for feed back?
