[TenTec] OMNI VII and Heil Pro Headset.

Use the KEY jack.  Closing the "DA" connection, TIP/SLEEVE, puts the radio 
in transmit in the USB or LSB mode.  No connection to the MIKE jack needed 
for PTT.
