[TenTec] O2 SEND BUTTONS MISSING CW CHARACTERS

I thought it was just a fluke, an odd occurance.? It has happened about once every 50 times but it has never been a problem for the receiving station so I thought maybe it was transmitted, just not echoed on the monitor.
We are inbetween operators who just send by key or hitting the user key on the O2 and those operators who have full blown computer generated keying....so we are a small minority and that's why it's not more often experienced.
I seldom use the O2 user keys so I do not know if it drops with those keys.
During the recent CQ WW CW contest it happened about 3 times...enough to be annoying but not catestrophic...just the first character, and not just the first key...it dropped the "N" from my first key "N4DXI" and the first character from my second key "5NN5".? Obviously everybody knows the first character of the exchange is a 5 so no problem for the receiving station.
Sounds like you have contacted TenTec already, so if you hear anything, please let me know.
By the way, I do have the lastest firmware installed.? I bought the O2 about this time last year with the remote.?
I kept my FT1000D just for comparison.? There is no contest, the O2 is a better transceiver and I have been happy with TenTec products.

WOW someone else has experienced this!!! I thought I was the only one. I
know I experienced what I experienced...
Thanks and hope Ten Tec will address this. I would guess the Dragonball
processor is not responding to the CW SEND interrupt.
