peaking around 280 degrees from Chattanooga, Tn    S6 to S9+ with QSB

sounds like a transmitter who's PTT is keyed and the mic is open with a small amount of "warble" as
though it was coming from a tranceiver's monitor.....signal appears to be about 2-2.5 kHz wide...on
the bandscope, it looks much like other ssb signals

Seems to peak about 50 degrees from here, 34 miles east of Phoenix,  AZ.
