[TenTec] Omni VI question

Is there a way to reduce the TX power output of the Omni VI or VI+ to 5 watts? 
My Omni V has this mod done to it, and I am thinking of getting another radio
to act as the IF for my Elecraft transverters.  Right now, I am using my
Argonaut II but would like to free that up for portable and QRP operating.
