[TenTec] Omni VI Plus Issue on 160 and 10

Check logic signals to bandpass filters. See what the BPF band select 
control line voltages look like for bands that work, and compare to 160 
and 10. See if BPF for 160 and 10 meters is not getting turned on. Check 
switching diodes for bandpass filters.
